An I CAN SCHOOL is a philosophy and a methodology developed by the Riverside School.
Since 2001, Riverside has used design thinking principles to create a simple framework and a set of processes that intentionally cultivates an I CAN MINDSET in each child. This mindset helps children believe that 'They are NOT helpless, change IS possible, and THEY can drive it'.

A year long immersive training program for school leaders and educators to build the I CAN mindset throughout their school ecosystems. The I CAN SCHOOL provides a huge menu of processes and practices that can be contextualized so that ANY school can become an I CAN school and so that every child can graduate a citizen leader.
